Getting started is fast and easy
- Contact Eppendorf Service at 1-800-645-3050, menu option 1, or email service@eppendorf.com to obtain a Service Notification Number. You must receive a Service Notification Number before sending us your pipetting tools.
- Download and complete our Calibration/Repair Service Authorization Form, see below.
- Carefully package your pipetting tools and enclose your completed form
- Write your Service Notification Number on the outside of the package
- Ship to: Eppendorf Pipette Service
