- Complete our quick and easy online Pipette Calibration/Repair Service Authorization Form. During this process you will receive an online estimate for the service(s) specified. We require that you indicate your payment method, and accept purchase orders or major credit cards.
- After completing the form, view a summary of the service order and print 2 copies; one for your records and one to enclose with your pipettes.
- Carefully package your pipettes (include a copy of the service order summary) and ship to the address noted on the form.
