Seal your real-time PCR plates tight with this optical adhesive film. Transmission values of > 90% between 350 nm and 750 nm guarantee optimal excitation of your fluorescent dyes and optimal read-out of the emitted fluorescence. With this adhesive but optically clear film, you do not need a heat sealer; just carefully apply the film to your plate. The convenience pack of 100 sheets allows clean and precise work and the “PCR clean” seal guarantees that the product is free of human DNA, DNAse, RNAse and PCR inhibitors.
