Can I take part in ep-points if my country is not taking part?

If your country is not yet listed, you cannot register for ep-points. Please contact us under and tell us about your interest in participating in our ep-points program.

How can I register for ep-points?

Click on "Register" on the ep-points homepage.
Complete all fields of the registration form and make sure to enter your correct e-mail address (please take note of mandatory fields).
Then please confirm that you have read the ep-points Terms and Conditions and confirm that your employer's regulations permit your participation in the ep-points program.
Now click on "Send". You will receive a registration confirmation e-mail. Please click the link in the e-mail to activate your ep-points account. After logon set off in search of ep-points and fantastic rewards.

How can I change my password?

Please log on to your account at and click the tab "Change Password".

What do I do if I forgot my password?

Please go to the ep-points website at , click the link "Forgot my password" and follow the instructions.

Can I open more than one ep-points account?

No, that is not permitted (see Terms and Conditions 1.2).

How can I collect ep-points?

You simply have to remove the ep-points from your Eppendorf product packagings and state the code and relevant Eppendorf product online. Click here to see the list of participating products.
ep-points can be collected when you purchase pipettes, tips, tubes and reagents. Please also take note of our campaigns: we frequently credit ep-points.

How can I redeem the ep-points I have collected?

The ep-points Rewards Shop offers attractive rewards in three different sections. Log on to the ep-points homepage with your user name and password and then click on "Redeem". Here you can select your favourite reward by clicking on the cart symbol. Then check and confirm your delivery address and send off your order - it couldn't be easier!
Please take note that it is not possible to pay your ep-points out in cash.

Do I have to pay mailing costs for the delivery of a reward?

Redeeming your ep-points for attractive rewards is of course free of mailing costs for you.

How long does the delivery of a reward take?

Please allow up to 8 weeks for the delivery of your reward. You will receive a confirmation e-mail from us directly after the receipt of your order and also after dispatch of your reward.

How can I check my ep-points account balance?

You can enquire about your ep-points account balance by logging on to with your user name and password and then clicking on "Account". Here you will find all recorded transactions entered to your account. If you discover any discrepancies please contact us under !

How can I cancel my ep-points account?

You can cancel your participation in the bonus program of Eppendorf AG at any time with immediate effect.
Please log on to your account at and click the tab "My Data". Click the link "I want to deactivate my account" and follow the instructions. Or send an e-mail to stating your wish to deregister. Kindly note that we need your logon name and password to verify your account.

How can I amend my data?

If there has been a change in your address or other participant data, log on to the ep-points homepage and click on "My Date". Here you can change your address. It is not possible to change your user name and country. If you wish to do so, please let us know under and we will make the necessary changes for you.

Is the security of my data guaranteed?

On registration the participant declares his consent to the collection, processing and utilization of ep-points data which come into being on use of the bonus program, for the provision and organization of offers in accordance with demand. The transmission of personal address data may only be effected to the shipper of the reward and where services explicitly requested by the participant necessitate the transmission of his data. Any transmission of prepared data for the purposes of advertising and market research shall be solely performed on an anonymous basis. This declaration of consent is voluntary and can be revoked at any time.
