PCR clean and sterile
PCR clean is ideal for standard PCR. For even higher demands (like qPCR, gene expression starting with RNA or PCR combined with downstream microbiological or cellbiological applications) PCR clean and sterile is the best choice.
This purity level addresses specifically PCR of samples with a higher demand on sensitivity and reproducibility, qPCR and gene expression, like e.g. DNA microarrays. Sterility makes these products applicable for PCR in clinical research or diagnostic applications. Pyrogen free is an additional feature of the sterile purity grade that ensures absolute absence of endotoxines, which is mandatory for many applications in cell culture, pharmacology and medical research.
