Now it is even easier to enter your epPoints codes! On the epPoints labels you will find a QR code which you can use to easily scan your epPoints code with your mobile device (e.g. your smartphone or your tablet PC). You can use any QR code scanning app or – even easier - the Eppendorf App.

How can I register for epPoints?
If you would like to participate in our epPoints bonus points program, please register for myEppendorf (www.eppendorf.com/create-account). You will then automatically participate in the epPoints program.
Why do I need a myEppendorf account?
Your myEppendorf account enables you to participate in our epPoints bonus points program, register Eppendorf products with our Product Registration and conveniently purchase Eppendorf products around the clock in our eShop. Check the “Participating countries” section to see whether your country participates in the epPoints program.
How can I redeem epPoints codes?
Simply remove the epPoints stickers from your Eppendorf product boxes and enter the 10-digit code and the corresponding Eppendorf product online. To do so, please log in with your user name and password and then go to myEppendorf / epPoints. Alternatively, you can also scan the QR code with your smartphone / tablet computer (a suitable QR code scanning app is required for this). In this case, you do not need to enter the code manually. Check the “Participating countries” section above to see which products participate in the epPoints program, and also note our promotions to collect extra epPoints from time to time.
How long does it take to credit the points to my account?
The epPoints will be credited to your account immediately after registration.
Which products have epPoints stickers?
Nearly all Eppendorf consumables have an epPoints sticker. A detailed overview can be found in the “Participating products” section above.
What's the difference between an epPoints code and a Product Registration code/serial number?
epPoints codes are 10-digit codes and are printed on the stickers in the product packing. To enter them, please log in and navigate to the epPoints area. Product Registration codes are 12-digit codes and can be found on the lower part of the enclosed Eppendorf Certificate. Eppendorf instruments with name plate can be registered using their 12-digit serial number. To enter it, please log in and go to the Product Registration section.

How can I redeem my collected epPoints?
The epPoints rewards shop offers attractive rewards from different areas. Just log into the Eppendorf website with your user name and password and visit the rewards shop in the myEppendorf section. Then add your selected rewards to your shopping cart by clicking the button, and follow the on-screen instructions.

Check and confirm your delivery address and then submit your order. Cash reimbursements of your epPoints and making up for a lack of points by means of additional payment are not permitted. Please note that offered rewards may vary by country.
Is redeeming my epPoints free of charge?
Redeeming your epPoints for attractive rewards and shipping are of course free of charge.
How long does it take until I receive my rewards?
Shipping rewards may take up to 8 weeks. You will receive an information e-mail from us as soon as your order has been received and another one when your rewards have been shipped. 
If you ordered your rewards more than eight weeks ago and have not received an e-mail from us, please contact us using the contact form.
How can I check my epPoints status?
To check your epPoints status, log into our website. Your epPoints status will be displayed on the myEppendorf start page. A detailed list of your account activities can be found at myEppendorf / My transactions. Should you notice any discrepancies, please contact us using the contact form.
Will my collected epPoints expire?
The validity of epPoints is 24 months plus the time up to December 31 of the year in which you received the epPoints. The validity period starts as soon as you register the code. Example: epPoints that were credited to your account on February 01, 2016, remain valid until December 31, 2018.
How can I change my participant data?
If there has been a change in your address or other participant data, visit the Eppendorf website and log into myEppendorf / My Profile. Here you can change your data, such as your name, address, and e-mail address.
How can I terminate my epPoints account?
You can terminate your participation in our bonus points program at any time with immediate effect. To do so, visit the Eppendorf website and log into myEppendorf / My Profile with your user name and password. Then select “Deactivate Account” and follow the instructions to deactivate your entire myEppendorf account. If you only want to cancel your participation in the epPoints program but, for example, continue to use the eShop, please contact us using the contact form.
Can I participate in the epPoints program even if my country does not participate?
Unfortunately you cannot register for the epPoints program if your country is not participating yet. In that case, please inform us of your interest using the contact form. You can find an overview of the participating countries in the “Participating countries” section.
Can I open more than one epPoints account?
No, this is not allowed (see Terms and Conditions 1.2). Unfortunately you cannot open more than one epPoints account.
Who guarantees the security of my data?
The participants agree that epPoints data collected in the context of their participation in the bonus points program may be collected, processed and used to tailor the offers to meet their individual requirements. Personal address data will only be disclosed to the party shipping the rewards or if the participant has explicitly requested services that require the disclosure of their data to third parties. If data is disclosed for promotional and marketing purposes, the data will only be disclosed in anonymized form. This declaration of consent is voluntary and may be revoked at any time.
