PCR Basic Training
Target group:
Laboratory personnels, principal investigators, technicians, researchers or postgraduate students who wish to understand PCR theory and improve their PCR skills and techniques. For individuals who are looking to perform molecular work and or currently performing molecular work/PCR.
Objective of seminar:
This course will cover basics of molecular biology, including DNA extraction and PCR setup. Participants will become familiar with the principles behind PCR mechanims, optimisation and develop practical skills to peform and troubleshoot PCR-based experiments in research.
