Important Information

The scheduled courses will run with a minimum of 4 persons. For groups with minimum 6 persons from a single organization you may also request a date of your choice (subject to availability).

Tea and lunch are included in the cost, however travel and hotel costs are to be borne by the participant. A participant who registers for two courses or more is entitled to a 15% discount, likewise a single organisation who sends two or more participants is also entitled to the same discount.

Registration is only valid with payment to your local dealer or Eppendorf Organisation and a refund will be given if cancellation is made more than 2 weeks prior to a course. If less, then a 50% discount is given.

All courses are conducted in English. If you would like a customised course other than the ones offered above, please contact us using the contact information on the registration form.

Upon successful completion of the course, you will receive a certificate of attendance.

The training does not stop there with the courses we provide, you can expect continuous support from our in-house network of application specialists and technical engineers , who can always be contacted by phone or email.
