COVID-19 Update: Service & Calibration

As a valued customer of Eppendorf Instrument and Calibration Services, we would like to update you on the steps we are taking to minimize the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic on our ability to support your work in the lab.

Dear Customer,

We want to reassure you that at heart of all our decisions is the safety of our customers and our employees, as well as the general population.
 

Pipette Calibration Services:

Our Calibration team is operating as usual during this time. We are moving to a split shift work pattern to mitigate any spread of the virus, should any of our team be affected and we are implementing suitable decontamination steps in the pipette receival and out bound shipping area. Currently we anticipate a minimal increase to our turnaround time within the Calibration facility, nevertheless we could be impacted by delays caused by our courier or freight partners.

Currently many customers have had to run emergency setups at their labs we would like to offer our customers the possibility to get their pipettes checked and maintained during the shutdown. This ensures that the pipettes will be in perfect condition and ready to use when everyone comes back to work after corona restrictions are over. 

 

In-house Repair Facility:
Subject to shipping delays out of our control, the In-house Repair workshop is also operating as usual at this time. For customers concerned about minimizing visitors onsite, shipping your instrument to us might be an attractive, cost-effective option to consider.
