    An EU-IVD compliant, CE marked version for diagnostic applications (according to Directive 98/79/EC), and a General Lab Product version for research applications. EU-IVD compliant products give peace of mind by supporting your documentation and accreditation requirements where needed.

    If your lab work is rather research oriented, no matter if it is basic research or teaching or all the way up to pharmacological research and development, the General Lab Product version is good for you. It comes with a large variety of research application examples and testimonials.

    * The pipette tips epT.I.P.S. in the packaging units Reloads, Box, Set, Singles and Racks are designed and constructed for low-contamination transfer of liquids, in particular for samples from the human body and for reagents within the scope of an in-vitro diagnostic application in order to allow the in-vitro diagnostic device to be used as intended. The above mentioned epT.I.P.S. are in-vitro diagnostic devices according to Directive 98/79/EC of the European Parliament and the Council dated October 27, 1998.

    How tip quality influences results

    Often been experimental data are not reproducible even though all variables within the procedure have been checked. In many cases the assumption is made that the pipetting system is not a source of error as long as the tip fits on the pipette. But the visible tip fit only does not speak to the precision and accuracy of the pipetting result when working with a pipetting system.
