Regular calibration is essential to control the critical parameters of your centrifuges. Eppendorf offers a calibration service for time, speed and temperature in most countries.
 

Preventive Maintenance Service

Increased productivity and uptime: Regular service to assure instrument performance and avoid unexpected downtimes and costs. Eppendorf recommends an annual maintenance for all Eppendorf centrifuges performed by a certified Eppendorf technician.

Qualification Service

GxP standards & regulation compliant documentation for internal and external audits: For our customers working in regulated environments we offer our Installation and Operational Qualification (IQ/OQ) including a GxP compliant documentation. This supports your compliance with standards and regulations, and will give you peace of mind when it comes to internal and external audits. Our skilled and certified technicians will perform the qualification in your lab so you do not have to build up the knowledge by yourself and save resources, which you can use elsewhere in a value-adding way.

Service Agreements

Easy plannability with an agreement : Centrifuges are expensive and expecting to last. Eppendorf is offering service agreements to satisfy our customer needs such as increasing the uptime and plannability.

  • The “AdvancedCare” agreement includes a full annual preventive maintenance service program for assured instrument reliability and uptime; 20 % discount on parts, labor and travel; 10 % discount on additional services (e.g. IQ/OQ) during the agreement period.
  • The “PremiumCare” agreement includes a full annual preventive maintenance service program for assured instrument reliability and uptime; parts, labor, and travel included, 10 % discount on additional services (e.g. IQ/OQ) during the agreement period.
