All new customers working with Eppendorf bioprocess equipment and new employees.
Objective of seminar:
In addition to support during installation, we highly recommend training for all new customers. The structure and methods of the training are tailored to the customer’s requirements from a general overview to a very detailed session on specific products or issues. Training in small groups makes it possible to provide individual guidance.

- Introduction to bioprocess control software: setup of experiments, calibration procedures, introduction to automation possibilities
- Introduction to bioprocess hardware
- Introduction to system maintenance
Practical part
- Setting up fermentors/bioreactors
- Preparing sensors
- Calibration
- Setting up experiments with bioprocess control software
- Trial experiments, depending on customer requirements
