How you can make an impact
As part of the Sales team in Eppendorf Italy, responsible for Lombardia and North of Italy, you play a pivotal role as Team Lead by actively coaching, coordinating, and monitoring your team’s sales activities, while also driving direct impact on our customers through your Account Manager responsibilities, ensuring excellent customer satisfaction and contributing significantly to the overall success of Eppendorf.
You act as a key sales expert to define sales targets with the Sales Director and support the implementation of the Group/Area/Zone strategy.
You coordinate, monitor, and review sales activities (account planning, funnel, offers/pricing) to ensure growth and goal achievement.
You build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients and key accounts, ensuring their needs are met.
You develop and execute strategic account plans, including upsell and cross-sell opportunities, negotiations, and issue resolution.
As a Team Sales Leader you are responsible for leading, coaching, and developing your team to drive performance, harmonize sales approaches, and support long-term success. Please note the sales team includes both internal direct resources ( Account Managers) & external independent sales agences).
You participate in the recruitment, onboarding, and continuous training/mentoring of new and existing sales team members.
You balance strategic leadership with hands-on account management, ensuring both team performance and client satisfaction are prioritized.

What sets you apart
You hold a Bachelor’s degree in Sciences, Engineering, or a related field, ideally with a focus on Life Sciences, enabling you to understand our customers’ applications and challenges.
Have proven experience (ideally 5+ years) in strategic sales and leading/coaching sales teams, consistently driving growth and performance.
Strong, demonstrable track record of sales success and building long-lasting customer relationships.
You know how to motivate and develop people: setting clear goals, follow up on progress, and creating the conditions for your team to succeed.
Excellent communication skills, with the capacity to engage effectively with team members, clients, and internal stakeholders at different levels.
You are experienced in designing and executing sales strategies that translate into concrete results and achievement of targets.
You master modern sales techniques and methodologies and combine strong persuasion and negotiation skills with a customer-centric mindset.
