Eppendorf twin.tec® PCR Plates LoBind® - PCR Plates

  • Barcode Option Available

Product Information

Get the most out of your PCR. Eppendorf’s twin.tec® PCR plates LoBind® are specially designed to maximize the yield of your target molecules. LoBind wells are made of polypropylene, with low DNA binding properties, leading to reduced loss of target molecules and higher yields in PCR and other molecular assays.
Customized barcoding is available for select versions of this product. Please visit the detail page for eligible products to access the Barcode Wizard and start designing your label. Pre-coded plates are directly available as SafeCode version.

                      Features

Available in 96- and 384-well formats, twin.tec® PCR plates LoBind® improve recovery of nucleic acids by reducing their adsorption to the wall of the wells. A combination of special manufacturing technologies and selected polypropylene batches ensures that nearly 100 % of DNA and RNA molecules are recovered without the use of surface coatings, thereby eliminating the risk of sample contamination.

Offering maximum confidence in results, all Eppendorf twin.tec PCR plates LoBind are ‘PCR clean’. This means the plates are batch-tested and certified by an independent laboratory to be free of a range of common PCR contaminants, including DNA, DNAse, RNAse, and PCR inhibitors.
