You will receive from us written confirmation of the registration and an invoice with full payment details. Upon receipt of this confirmation, the participation is binding. The number of participants of each course is limited. We recommend early registration.

Upon successful completion of the course, you will receive a certificate of attendance.
If a seminar is cancelled by Eppendorf South Pacific, the course fee will be refunded. Further claims are excluded.

You can cancel your registration free of charge if cancellation is made more than 6 weeks prior to the beginning of a course in writing. If you cancel within 6 weeks, a 35 % cancellation fee will be due. If you do not cancel 2 weeks prior to a course, the full fee will be due. The naming of a substitute participant is possible.
