Eppendorf South Pacific Pty. Ltd. was established in 1999 as part of Eppendorf AG’s long-term strategic commitment to support customers and distributor partners in Australia, New Zealand and the South Pacific and become the expert partner in life science laboratories. In 2013 this commitment was reinforced by significant investments in additional staff, infrastructure and a distribution centre located near our headquarters in Sydney, Australia.

Today, we are responsible for sales, service and marketing of the entire Eppendorf premium product portfolio addressing workflows in life science laboratories. General products are available from authorised distributors and resellers in Australia and New Zealand, or may be purchased directly from Eppendorf South Pacific in Australia. Speciality products are available exclusively from Eppendorf South Pacific.

We are a team of approximately thirty professionals, working consultatively with our customers in their facilities or “behind the scenes” in the office. Most of us have a science, engineering or commercial background and every employee is an Eppendorf representative dedicated to supporting our customers. In the field, sales, applications, product management and service personnel help customers select solutions that best address their specific needs and provide comprehensive post-sales support. Internally, our calibration experts operate in a state-of-the-art facility accredited to ISO/IEC 17025. Meanwhile, customer service, logistics, marketing, finance and administration team-members provide strong support to keep customers well-informed and help ensure products and services are available efficiently.

• By car the office is approx. 40 minutes from Kingsford Smith Airport, take the M1 motorway and continue onto the M2 motorway and exit at Talavera Road.
• By Train the office is approx. 50 minutes from Kingsford Smith Airport, take Airport Link to Central Station, transfer at Central to North Shore and Northern Line and take to Macquarie University Stop. The office is walking distance from there.
