Eppendorf Nordic was established in 2002 as the regional headquarters for the Nordics. In order to offer our customers the best local support Eppendorf Norge was founded in 2013.
Our offices are responsible for Nordic sales, marketing and service activities of the entire Eppendorf product portfolio. We work closely together with our assigned and certificated distributors. All our products can also be purchased either directly or from our eShop.
With a team of 20 colleagues we support in all 4 Nordic countries customer needs and inquiries – at customer site or from the office. A sales team of product and application specialists supports customers’ pre and post sales across the complete range of Eppendorf products. The customer support team in the office in Denmark is the point of contact for technical questions, questions related to orders and services as well as make sure that samples and epPoint gifts reach their destination. There are service and administrative functions such as Human Resources (HR) and Finance as well.
