As animal experimental models are being replaced by cellular models, all critical points must be known that help these cells develop properly in vitro.

We know that they require a special environment in which they can develop, grow, and carry out their processes. The in-vitro culture is mainly influenced by temperature and atmosphere and should avoid the feared contamination.
