Ensuring safe, convenient, and accurate titrations
Bottle-top burettes deliver a gradual and controlled volume of reagent directly from a supply bottle to the burette cylinder. This ensures precision, supporting consistent and reproducible titrations. In addition to their accuracy, bottle-top burettes offer safety, ease, and efficiency. These lab instruments minimize the risk of spills or exposure to hazardous chemicals, and they also eliminate the need to transfer reagents between containers, streamlining workflows and reducing cleanup.
Two models for different dispensing speeds
To accommodate different titration needs, the Eppendorf Top Buret is available in two different models: Model M, with a dispensing rate of 2,500 µL per rotation; and Model H with a rate of 5,000 µL per rotation.

How to use an Eppendorf Top Buret bottle-top burette
Adjust the telescopic aspirating tube to your bottle height before attaching the burette to the bottle with the appropriate adapter. Vent the burette by turning the discharge valve toggle to the side, removing the control panel and turning the dispensing wheel forward until all air bubbles have visibly left the system. Turn the discharge valve toggle back to the front, turn the dispensing wheel until liquid comes out of the discharge tube and re-attach the control panel. Press start to start a new titration flow. The burette automatically turns off after a few minutes. Learn more in our
