Calibration Engineer (m/f/d)

Your challenges:

  • Perform calibration services as assigned by management to support the achievement of team-based annual objectives.
  • Calibrate, disassemble, assemble, clean, and repair equipment undergoing calibration.
  • Execute service procedures in accordance with established customer protocols, ensuring all instruments meet agreed specifications.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot faulty units, performing repairs upon receiving client authorization.
  • Accurately record calibration measurements using designated calibration software.
  • Adhere to all safety protocols, including manual handling procedures, and comply with site-specific health and safety requirements such as work permits and the use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
  • Nationwide travel required.

Your expertise:

  • Experience in laboratory testing would be a distinct advantage but is not essential
  • National Framework of Qualifications (NFQ) level 7 qualification in a relevant discipline and 1+ years of related work experience.
  • Demonstrate strong analytical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to understand technical manuals and documentation.
  • Thrive under pressure in fast-paced team environments while building strong customer relationships.
  • Literacy in Computer Operating Systems and applications such as Microsoft Windows, Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc.
  • Full clean driving licence.
