New: ISO 23783 Calibration for Dispensing Tools
Our ISO 17025 accredited calibration facility performs calibration services for automated dispensing tools now in accordance with the recently released ISO 23783. Standardized procedures, specifications and reports ensure:

Volumetric performance - accuracy, precision and reproducibility
Meeting quality and regulatory requirements
Traceability and estimations of measurement uncertainty for compliance with ISO 17025 regulations
Clear separation of factory (FAT) and facility (SAT) data

IQ/OQ GxP: For customers working in regulated environments we now offer our specifically created and revised Installation Qualification and Operational Qualification services including GxP compliant documentation. These provide you with qualified assurance that your instrument is not only functioning correctly, but also in accordance with manufacturers’ specifications.
