I have purchased a new touch enabled device from Eppendorf and see the free basic subscription for the first 3 connected devices in my offer. Did I automatically receive a VisioNize ® Lab Suite account and license?

No. As we cannot use the data from the contract (such as name and email adress) you need to set up your own account and activate your subscription plan . The first three devices are in fact free of charge in our basic plan "VisioNize ® Lab Suite Essentials".

VisioNize Lab Suite can help you improving your lab efficiency by monitoring your devices, introducing advanced notifications to report on errors, alerts, and user interactions and offering Audit trail functions. What is the VisioNize Lab Suite?

VisioNize Lab Suite is a cloud-based platform solution that connects, manages and monitors lab equipment – enabling alert notifications and deeper insights into the lab. Additional features are constantly being developed and made available to subscribers.

What lab devices from Eppendorf are compatible and can be connected?

Can I connect non-Eppendorf lab devices e.g. refrigerators?

Yes, by using the sensors from the VisioNize sense equipment and the VisioNize box 2 you can connect any temperature-controlled lab device, e.g., freezers, shakers and incubators.

Is VisioNize ® Lab Suite 21 CFR Part 11 compliant or compatible?

Data in the VisioNize Lab Suite cannot be changed, deleted or manipulated. Export to csv is possible. This helps supporting your with you compliance needs. Further features will be released to meet more requirements for 21 CFR Part 11.

Is it possible to export data from VisioNize ® Lab Suite?

You can export data. For now, only csv files are possible but we are working on providing non-editable PDFs.

Where are the data stored from VisioNize ® Lab Suite?

The VisioNize Lab Suite is hosted on Amazon Web Services ® (AWS).

In which countries is the data stored?

All data is stored on VisioNize servers within the European Union.
