Features

  • Decontamination from the outside
  • Preventive maintenance – internal & external cleaning, leak testing, lubricating of internal parts if applicable, and repair (parts replacements at an additional cost). Adjustment, if applicable
  • Calibration test of 3 volumes, 10 measurements per volume for a single channel pipette/dispenser in the 'as left' condition
  • Issuing of service report, calibration certificate and calibration label in compliance with ISO/IEC 17025 regulations
  • Please note: the next service due date will default to 12 months cycle unless otherwise specified/requested.
Pipettes and dispensers and package equipment need to be decontaminated before sending in.
