Can’t sign in to your my myEppendorf account?
To sign in to your myEppendorf account, please use your email address and password.
To generate a new password, please click on the sign-in symbol in the navigation. Then click in the overlay that appears on “Forgot password?”. Another overlay will appear where you can enter your email address. The new password will be sent immediately to your email address. If you do not find the email in your inbox, please check your spam folder.

Simply remove the epPoints stickers from your Eppendorf product boxes and enter the code and the corresponding Eppendorf product online. To do so, please log in with your e-mail address and password and then go to myEppendorf / epPoints. Alternatively, you can also scan the QR code with your mobile device using the Eppendorf App. In this case, you do not need to enter the code manually. epPoints codes have 10 or 11 digits and are a combination of letters and numbers.

However, you can only redeem your epPoints if your employer agrees to you taking part in the incentive program and to the use of rewards for personal purposes. To redeem your epPoints, log in to the Eppendorf website with your user name and your password and visit the rewards shop in the myEppendorf area. Use the button to add the desired reward to your basket and follow the instructions. Then check and confirm your delivery address and submit your order. Please note that your epPoints cannot be paid out in cash and points cannot be made up with cash payments. The rewards offered may vary for each country.

- Is the serial number format correct? When registering devices, please note that only devices with serial number formats comprised of 12 alphanumeric characters (e.g. A234XY456789) can be registered. - Have you entered the registration code (pipettes, dispensers) or serial number (instruments, µCuvette) correctly? Please recheck the spelling e.g. often the letter “O” is confused with the number “0” or the letter "Z" is mistaken for the number “2” etc.
