This service agreement includes a full annual preventive maintenance service program for assured instrument reliability and uptime; 20 % discount on parts, labor and travel; 10 % discount on additional services (e.g. IQ/OQ) during the agreement period
Check of installation environment
Check of electrical/gas supply and fittings
Replacement of in-line gas and auto-zero filter
Check of door seals and hinges
Check of chamber gas, temperature and humidity sensors, and alarm functionality
Check of incubator shelf and racking system, and humidity trays
Check of sensor covers
Check of wiring system, PCB's, display and controller
Validation and adjustment of operating parameters in acc. to specifications
