How to order in the eShop?
To be able to order in the eShop, you must log in to your myEppendorf account. If you do not have an account yet, you can register here.
If customer-specific prices are stored for your account, they are also available in the eShop. Please log in to your account - your customer-specific prices will appear as "Your price" in the eShop.
What is a "Quick Order"?
You already know the catalog numbers you would like to order? Then save time with the quick order. Please simply enter the catalog number in each case without spaces and dots and follow further instructions.
You want to add several products to the shopping cart and know their catalog numbers? Then save time with the batch order. Simply download the template, add catalog number(s) and quantity and upload the template again. All your uploaded products will be available in your cart.
You can easily redeem your quotations in the eShop. To do so, please log in to your account first. Click on "myEppendorf" in the navigation bar, go on to "Redeem Quote". There, enter your quotation number and the verification code and the offered articles will appear in your shopping cart.
Can I have the delivery sent to a different shipping address?
Yes, during the eShop checkout you can specify a different shipping address.
How can I change my address (contact-, billing- and shipping address)?
If you want to change your addresses log in to your account, click on "myEppendorf" in the navigation bar and click on "My Addresses". Here you can edit your contact, billing and shipping addresses. If you would like to change your country or sold-to address,, please contact us here.
