Just call us at 1-800-645-3050 (Toll free for US customers) (menu option 1) within 30 days from the date of shipment for a return authorization and refund or credit pending return (less missing items or damage.) Return shipment is customer responsibility including loss or damage and must include original packing materials, all accessories and prepaid insured shipment. To expedite the process of your return, please write your Return Authorization Number on the outside of the shipping box or on the shipping label.

The date on your invoice is the date of purchase, unless Eppendorf informs you otherwise.
