This service agreement includes a full annual preventive maintenance service program for assured instrument reliability and uptime; parts, labor, and travel included, 10 % discount on additional services (e.g. IQ/OQ) during the agreement period
Check of installation environment
Check of electrical/gas supply and fittings
Replacement of in-line CO2 and auto-zero filter
Check shaker platform, flask holder, incubator shelf, and racking system
Replace platform support post boot seals
Check of humidity tray, shaker drive belt
Check of chamber CO2 and temperature sensors
Validation and adjustment of operating parameters in acc. to specifications
