- This service agreement includes a full annual preventive maintenance service program for assured instrument reliability and uptime; 20 % discount on parts, labor and travel; 10 % discount on additional services (e.g. IQ/OQ) during the agreement period
- Cleaning the device
- Checking the safety mechanisms and device functionality acc. to manufacturer specifications
- Checking and exchanging of 96 O-rings on tip cones
- Checking and exchanging of constant force spring, spring washers and TIPS handle springs (every 2 years)
- Software/firmware update if applicable
- Leak test with 50 µl + 300 µl, or 300 µl + 1,000 µl tips
