This service agreement includes a full annual preventive maintenance service program for assured instrument reliability and uptime; 20 % discount on parts, labor and travel; 10 % discount on additional services (e.g. IQ/OQ) during the agreement period
Cleaning and lubrication of dispensing block
Checking and exchanging of 96 O-rings on tip cones
Software/firmware update if applicable
Leak test with 50 µL + 300 µL tips
Gravimetric calibration test of 6 volumes, with 5 measurements per volume in the 'as left' condition
Photometric test with 2 volumes, 5 measurements per volume in the 'as left' condition
