Features

This extended warranty product includes wear and repair parts, labor and travel costs in the event of a necessary repair. Additionally, a full preventive maintenance service, priority support, and a yearly software update (when applicable) is included. A 10 % discount is given within the same service agreement on additional services (e.g. IQ/OQ).
Check of installation environment
Check of electrical/gas supply and fittings
Replacement of in-line CO2 and auto-zero filter
Check shaker platform, flask holder, incubator shelf, and racking system
Replace platform support post boot seals
Check of humidity tray, shaker drive belt
Check of chamber CO2 and temperature sensors
Validation and adjustment of operating parameters in acc. to specifications
