In accordance with the requirements of the standard, a staff-DNA exclusion database
has been established in order to be able to support a forensic laboratory in solving a potential DNA contamination.In accordance with the ISO 18385 standard, a procedure is in place to notify customers who purchased products from a released production lot which has subsequently been found to have failed relevant product or quality specifications.
