Eppendorf Livestream:Advances and Challenges in the Study of Virus-Host Interactions

The replication cycle of the hepatitis B virus (HBV) is highly complex, and the main challenges of treatment lie in the two forms of HBV replication:Stabilizing covalently closed circular DNA (cccDNA) and double-stranded linear DNA (dslDNA).
Curing hepatitis B requires eliminating cccDNA, and yet the root cause of chronic hepatitis B infections, for which there is still no cure, is that the cccDNA of the HBV genome cannot be blocked.
To foster discussions and sharing with industry experts, Eppendorf has joined with the Emergency Medical Research Center of Westlake University’s School of Life Sciences to bring you a webinar on the advances and challenges in the study of virus-host interactions, to be held on November 2nd at 2:00 PM.
