Qualitative and reproducible results depend upon quality instrumentation and measurements. To optimize photometric and fluorometric precision, accuracy, and linearity, your photometry instrument should be routinely checked, calibrated and adjusted by a qualified Eppendorf Service Technician.
Photometry Performance Plans include a choice of preventive maintenance programs which are designed to verify that your instrument meets manufacturer's specifications.
We also take care of the required optics cleaning work, instrument adjustments and provide you with full documentation and certificates.

- "AdvancedCare" includes a full annual preventive maintenance service program for assured instrument reliability and uptime; 20 % discount on parts, labor and travel; 10 % discount on additional services (e.g. IQ/OQ) during the agreement period
- "PremiumCare" includes a full annual preventive maintenance service program for assured instrument reliability and uptime; unlimited travel, spare parts and labor on repairs included in the agreement; 10 % discount on additional services (e.g. IQ/OQ) during the agreement period

Calibration Services
Calibration and verification services assure the precision and accuracy of an instrument according to defined parameter (wavelength and temperature if applicable) specifications.
Qualification Services
Installation Qualification (IQ) and Operational Qualification (OQ) certification services ensure your Quality Management requirements are fulfilled, providing you with qualified assurance that your Photometry instrument is functioning correctly, in accordance with manufacturers’ specifications.
