Centrifuge Solution for Plasmid construction, Sequencing preparation and Humanization
Target antigen production, sequencing sample preparation, and antibody humanization involve a great deal of repetitive molecular biology handling steps. This includes spin column based MiniPrep kits for nucleic acid purification, gel extraction, and PCR clean-up. Each protocol has multiple centrifugation steps interrupted by pipetting and vessel changes. Microcentrifuges have entered a new generation, with the completely newly developed Centrifuge 5425 in combination with kit rotor specifically designed for 1.5/2.0 mL spin column kits.

BETTER ERGONOMICS
- Short runs up to 12 minutes are whisper quiet at an average of 45 dB(A). This is sufficient for centrifugation steps of most routinely used DNA/RNA purification kits. During longer runs the cooling fan works at full capacity.
