How you can make an impact
In this role, you drive sustainable sales growth in your territory and strengthen Eppendorf’s presence with customers and channel partners in the life science market.
Promote the sale of Eppendorf instruments, liquid handling solutions and consumables in your assigned territory – with a clear focus on achieving and exceeding budgeted sales targets.
Develop and manage strong relationships with key accounts and customers in your assigned segment, acting as a trusted partner for their applications and workflows.
Stay in regular contact with customers – building rapport, understanding their needs in depth and identifying opportunities for additional value and solutions.
Strengthen our brand and business presence by retaining existing customers, expanding market coverage and actively driving new customer acquisition.
Grow revenue through preferred direct instrument sales and through channel partners, especially for Liquid Handling products and consumables, in a compliant and mutually beneficial way.
Focus on HIMACs and new product introductions (NPIs) to generate young product revenue and establish new solutions in the market.
Maintain and update the CRM system on a daily basis with customer visits, activities and forward plans to enable transparent pipeline and territory management.
Build, assist and deepen relationships with end customers and channel partners to gain business leverage, ensuring that all activities are compliant with internal and external requirements.
Plan and execute roadshows, and actively participate in conferences and events to generate demand and increase visibility for Eppendorf solutions.
Manage tender business effectively, preparing pre‑tender activities to improve win probability and secure favourable outcomes for Eppendorf and our customers.
What sets you apart
Bringing 3–5 years of industry‑related sales experience, ideally in the life science or laboratory environment.
Demonstrating a strong track record of achieving sales targets and a solid understanding of customer applications and workflows.
Knowing how purchasing processes, dealer networks and the competitive landscape work in your territory – and using this knowledge to position Eppendorf successfully.
Having established strong working relationships with customers and channel partners, along with a solid network of key user references.
Showing professional competence and sound product/application knowledge, enabling you to advise customers confidently and solution‑oriented.
Holding a Bachelor’s degree in Life Science or an equivalent qualification (minimum 3‑year course) from a recognized college or university.
Working in a structured, self‑driven way, with strong communication and relationship‑building skills that help you collaborate effectively across functions and regions.
