Caractéristiques
Le IsoTherm-System, composé d'un IsoRack (rack de travail), d'un IsoSafe (boîte isotherme) et de deux IsoPacks (accumulateurs de froid), permet de refroidir les échantillons de manière efficace et constante à -21 °C ou à 0 °C pendant plusieurs heures. L'IsoTherm-System peut être utilisé pour empêcher l'inactivation d'enzymes et pour la préparation d'échantillons PCR, le transport d'échantillons et la décongélation lente d'échantillons congelés. Limité à Eppendorf ThermoMixer comfort et ThermoStat plus™
- Pour le transport, le stockage et la décongélation progressive d'échantillons sensibles
- Pour arrêter en toute sécurité les réactions dans des tubes de 0,5 mL, 1,5 mL ou 2 mL
- IsoTherm-System: IsoRack (rack de travail), IsoSafe (boîte isotherme), et deux IsoPacks (accumulateurs de froid)
- Idéal pour la réfrigération, le transport et la conservation des échantillons congelés
- La technologie d'incubation à sec réduit le risque de contamination associé à une incubation au bain de glace classique pour une manipulation sécurisée
- Accueille jusqu'à 24 microtubes (p.ex. 0,5 mL ou 1,5 mL/2 mL) pour une flexibilité étendue
- Deux versions d'IsoPack (accumulateur de froid) sont disponibles : La version blanche maintient la température à 0 °C pendant 6 heures maximum. La version bleue maintient la température à -21 °C pendant 3 heures maximum.
- Les racks sont empilables, autoclavables et centrifugeables dans le rotor pour microplaques
