I listen to truly understand.
I lead the way, even when the path ahead is not yet clear.
I stand by what I say.
I make progress visible and share what I learn.
If this resonates with you, you are exactly who we are looking for.

You contribute your ideas, ask questions, challenge the status quo – and you will find an environment that empowers you and helps you grow. Because we believe in people who want to shape the future. People like you.
How you can make an impact
Perform precise calibration, repair and maintenance on customer pipettes, ensuring they meet defined performance and quality standards.
Complete all services with high attention to detail, accurately documenting work performed and results in the required systems.
Ensure that all service activities are recorded with the correct level of detail and in a timely manner so that invoicing and Quality Management System requirements are fully met.
Monitor and address all system needs related to each service order (status updates, parts, documentation) to keep workflows smooth and traceable.
Provide clear updates to customers and stakeholders on service status, findings and next steps, helping them plan their lab work with confidence.
Support continuous quality and process improvements by flagging recurring issues, anomalies or improvement ideas from your day‑to‑day work.
What sets you apart
Bringing a high school diploma or GED equivalent as a minimum; an associate degree (A.A.) or equivalent from a two‑year college or technical school is preferred.
At least 1–2 years of relevant technical or customer experience (e.g. sales, service, lab support) or equivalent military training plus 1–2 years of relevant experience.
Strong attention to detail and a careful working style that ensure calibrations, repairs and documentation are accurate and complete.
Technical aptitude and willingness to learn: you are comfortable working with small precision instruments and following defined procedures.
Basic familiarity with business or service systems (or the ability to learn them quickly) to document work, close orders and support invoicing.
Good communication skills that enable you to provide clear, professional updates to customers and internal stakeholders.
A reliability‑focused mindset: you take responsibility for your work, follow quality and safety guidelines and keep commitments.
