Classic Cell Culture Solution
In a final step of the mAb drug discovery workflow a stable cell line is established that can express high amounts of humanized monoclonal antibody long-term. Cultivation and selection of stable cell lines require multiple centrifugation steps. Centrifuge 5810 in combination with Rotor S-4-104 offers an economical solution with an excellent footprint to capacity ratio. This setup is ideal for standard cell culture applications including cell harvesting in 15 mL or 50 mL conical tubes.
