I lead the way, even when the path ahead is not yet clear.
I stand by what I say.
I make progress visible and share what I learn.
If this resonates with you, you are exactly who we are looking for.
You will work with people who combine different perspectives and make new things possible. You contribute your ideas, ask questions, challenge the status quo – and you will find an environment that empowers you and helps you grow. Because we believe in people who want to shape the future. People like you.

In the Office Management team at Eppendorf France, you help ensure that our day‑to‑day operations run smoothly and that colleagues can focus on what they do best. This is a 12 months contract.
You provide comprehensive administrative and organizational support to the Office Manager and the wider team, ensuring reliable follow‑up of day‑to‑day activities.
You manage orders for general expenses and office consumables, from request to delivery, keeping an eye on costs and availability.
You coordinate and monitor contracts with suppliers and service providers, maintaining up‑to‑date documentation and following up on renewals.
You support the planning and organization of internal company events, helping to create moments that connect colleagues across teams.
You take care of declarations for the recycling of DEEE & P&A and manage new national obligations for manufacturers/companies placing packaging on the market.
You contribute to general technical facilities and building management by coordinating with internal and external stakeholders and ensuring that issues are handled promptly.
What sets you apart
Bringing a 2‑year higher education degree (Bac +2) in Management Assistance or a similar field, for example BTS Assistant de gestion, BTS Comptabilité et Gestion des Organisations , DUT Gestion administrative et commerciale des organisations or DUT Gestion des entreprises et des administrations.
Having around 5–6 years of experience in a similar management/administrative assistant role, ideally in an international or multi‑stakeholder environment.
Using office software with confidence, in particular advanced Excel skills; experience with databases is a plus.
Working in an organized and methodical way, with a high level of rigor, reliability and discretion when handling sensitive information.
Acting autonomously and with a strong sense of ownership, while remaining versatile and ready to support a wide range of topics.
Communicating clearly and professionally, building constructive relationships with internal colleagues and external partners.
Bringing good working knowledge of English and solid command of IT tools (word processing, spreadsheets and common office applications).
What we offer

Come as you are, bring what makes you unique – and help us shape what diversity can make possible in science.
