Improving human living conditions – that is our shared purpose at Eppendorf. With our high-quality, precise premium life science products – from pipette tips, dispensers and centrifuges to bioreactors and ultra-low temperature freezers – we help scientists around the world conduct research in the lab faster, more accurately and more efficiently.
I listen to truly understand.
I lead the way, even when the path ahead is not yet clear.
I stand by what I say.
I make progress visible and share what I learn.
If this resonates with you, you are exactly who we are looking for.
You will work with people who combine different perspectives and make new things possible. You contribute your ideas, ask questions, challenge the status quo – and you will find an environment that empowers you and helps you grow. Because we believe in people who want to shape the future. People like you.
How you can make an impact
In the Sales Zone France team you develop sales and maximize profitability in your assigned territory (North – Est & part of the Paris Region). You build strong relationships with customers and partners and make Eppendorf solutions visible where they matter most – in the lab.
You develop and maintain long‑term relationships with customers and opinion leaders, serving as their main point of contact.
You understand customer needs (using PSS & complex sales approaches) and identify upselling and cross‑selling opportunities across our portfolio.
You manage a portfolio of medium to large accounts, including identifying and winning new customers in your territory (all channels, including dealers).
You execute the sales strategy in your area, manage your sales funnel and pipeline and meet or exceed your annual sales targets.
You provide compelling product presentations and demonstrations, organize local events and support product shows, exhibitions and seminars.
You identify tender opportunities and manage tender and contract processes in close collaboration with Customer Care and other internal stakeholders.
You collaborate closely with Automation Product & Application Management, Key Account Management, Inside Sales and other matrix functions to resolve issues and ensure high customer satisfaction and retention.
What sets you apart
You bring a Bachelor’s degree in Sciences, Engineering or a related field – ideally with a Life Sciences focus.
You have proven experience in sales of laboratory or biotechnology products or in laboratory operations (ideally 3+ years).
You are strong in negotiation and contract discussions and feel comfortable managing tenders and pricing topics.
You build trust with customers and colleagues through honesty, reliability and transparent communication.
You organize yourself well, manage multiple opportunities in parallel and keep your forecasts and sales pipeline up to date.
You enjoy collaborating across functions and locations, contribute your ideas and help move decisions forward – even when not everything is clear yet.
You communicate confidently in English and French, both verbally and in writing, and use CRM and virtual communication tools with ease.
What we offer
Purpose and impact. At Eppendorf, you work on solutions that help improve people’s lives around the world.
We value your contribution. A competitive compensation package, including bonus opportunities linked to your sales success.
Learning that moves you forward. With the Eppendorf Academy, digital learning platforms, language courses and development programs, you can grow continuously – professionally and personally.
What matters to us
At Eppendorf, we believe that science thrives on curiosity – and on many different perspectives.
Our Eppendorf team is as diverse as the questions asked across the life sciences. Different backgrounds and ways of thinking help us develop better solutions for research.
Come as you are, bring what makes you unique – and help us shape what diversity can make possible in science.
Please note that we can only consider applications submitted via our online application system.
We look forward to getting to know you.
