How you can make an impact
In this role, you are at the heart of our customer service operations, ensuring that every service, repair, and maintenance request is handled efficiently and professionally. Schedule and dispatch appropriately certified Field Service Engineers
Manage and track in‑house repairs in line with contractual requirements and service levels
Prepare, issue, and follow up on quotations, correspondence, and contract proposals
Maintain accurate records, documentation, CRM entries, and inventory related to service activities
Provide proactive back-office and administrative support to the Service Manager and wider Service team
What sets you apart
You have previous experience as a service coordinator in a fast‑paced, reactive service environment, and you bring strong customer service skills and a professional telephone manner.

You are highly proficient in MS Word and Excel, with accurate keyboard skills, and you have knowledge of SAP and CRM systems.
You demonstrate strong time management, attention to detail, adaptability, and the ability to multitask, working both independently and as part of a team.
You have excellent verbal and written communication skills and a professional, customer‑focused attitude.
