How can I find a sustainable dry block?
Energy savings
Heating and cooling of samples in an exact and fast approach is the most important task of a thermostatic mixer. Efficient Peltier elements and smart run control software contribute to low energy consumption. A sophisticated ventilation system reduces further the power consumption.
Ergonomics
Healthy working conditions become more and more important in the lab. Intuitive interfaces reduce stress in the lab, tool-free block exchanges and insulated thermoblocks provide higher user comfort and safety in the lab. The noise level during the incubation step is crucial when you have to work besides the cycler.
Longevity
The longer the life of a thermostatic mixer, the more favorable for you as an user and our environment. The price often plays a decisive role when purchasing a new or another dry block instrument. What about cost-of-ownership? Extend the life of your mixer instrument by regular cleaning and inspection, regular maintenance, and repair and exchange of spare parts.
