Your challenges
- Service Support: Deliver comprehensive service support for Bioprocess products across the region, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and timely execution of service tasks
- Strategy Development: Collaborate with the Head of Service to develop strategies that boost the visibility and sales of bioprocess service products, enhancing customer value.
- Training: Conduct regular basic training sessions for customers and dealer/distributor engineers to ensure top-tier service capabilities.
- Technical Expertise: Provide expert advice and troubleshoot technical issues related to bioreactor equipment, instrumentation, and automation in bioprocess technology products.
- Liaison: Maintain coordination with US and EU headquarters to report and track issues in the Japan region, ensuring effective communication and resolution.
Communication: Oversee interactions with regional service managers, heads, and dealers concerning Bioprocess service activities, fostering strong relationships and clear communication. - Sales Support: Collaborate with the sales team to configure service quotations and contracts, assist in pre-sales activities, provide technical support during customer engagements, and facilitate spare parts orders.
- Installations and Repairs: Conduct installations, trainings, preventive maintenance (PMs), and repairs within the region, efficiently managing work orders from creation to closure.
- Complaint Management: Document and manage all complaints through E365, ensuring thorough follow-up and resolution.
- Tool Calibration: Ensure calibration tools and service tools are sent for calibration annually to maintain accuracy and reliability.
