Your challenges
Responsibility for global bioprocess services, including customer support organisation
• Development and implementation of a sustainable global service strategy and new business models
• Management and further development of international service teams (field service, technical support)
• Ensuring excellent customer satisfaction by introducing and implementing sustainable measures to this end
• Building and transferring application know-how to the service organisation, including global training for customers and service employees
• Introducing innovative service and business models to maximise recurring revenues
• Experience in the transformation of global units
• Responsibility for global service policies, processes and quality standards in close cooperation with R&D, Logistics, Production, Marketing, Sales and Portfolio teams
• Developing and implementing process improvements both within global services and in conjunction with adjacent departments
• Developing new products and other innovations as a result of close cooperation with adjacent departments
• Representing and positioning Bioprocess Service both within and outside the company
Your expertise
University degree in engineering, industrial engineering or business administration, ideally with an additional MBA for technical degrees
• Several years of proven experience in setting up and managing international service organisations (>50 employees)
• In-depth understanding of sales, marketing and distribution management, ideally with industry knowledge of life sciences/laboratory equipment
• International management experience in matrix organisations and multicultural teams
• Very good knowledge of German and English
• Strong leadership personality with strategic and entrepreneurial thinking, analytical skills and a clear focus on results
• Strong communication skills, intercultural competence and motivational talent
