Your challenges
Independently lead cross-functional teams through the full product lifecycle—from concept to market launch, ensuring alignment with business strategy.
Lead and deliver complex hardware and software automation development programs with global impact.
Effectively collaborate with external partners internal teams and stakeholders to deliver high-quality, regulatory-compliant products.
Fully accountable for driving, tracking and reporting program progress, risk, countermeasures and issues to external partners and the Eppendorf leadership team by constant monitoring project performance timely escalation and resolution of issues.
Provide leadership, mentoring, and coaching to project teams to foster innovation, agility, talent development and performance within your team.
Your expertise
A Master’s degree in Engineering or related field.
10+ years of experience in product development, ideally in life sciences or medical devices.
Strong leadership in matrix organizations and agile environments.
Fluent English communication skills.
