About the protein analysis workflow
Protein analysis workflows span two major types of experiments, quantitative immunoassays and mass spectrometry (MS) sample prep. The former comprises assays like ELISA, multiplex bead assays, and Western blotting, typical mass spectrometry workflows consists of protein extraction, reduction/alkylation, digestion, cleanup, and enrichment. These methods enable biomarker quantification, pharmacokinetic studies, and mechanism-of-action insights across discovery and translational research. Automation-ready formats, from 96/384-well plates for immunoassays to tube/plate-based proteomic prep, support scalable throughput and consistent data quality.
